Welcome to IMEICheck.bot (the "Service"). This Service is provided by the IMEICheck team. Before using the Service, please read and agree to the following terms. By registering, logging in, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this agreement.
This Service provides device information lookup based on IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) and serial numbers, including but not limited to activation status, blacklist status, iCloud lock status, and warranty information. Query results are for transaction reference only and do not constitute legal advice.
1. Users must register accounts with real information and are responsible for password security.
2. Users shall not transfer or lend accounts to others. All losses caused by poor account safekeeping are borne by the user.

The page design, code, database, and layout format of query reports of this Service are protected by intellectual property laws. No copying, reproduction, or commercial use is permitted without written permission. The original data in the query results comes from third-party data providers, and their ownership belongs to the respective rights holders.

2. 数据异常退款：如查询结果明显与设备实际情况不符，您可在查询后 7 天内提交反馈，经核实后我们将在 3 个工作日内退款至余额。
3. 不可退款情形：查询已成功返回结果且数据来源准确，但因用户自身判断失误导致的交易损失，不在退款范围内。
1. 充值成功后，余额永久有效，不会过期。
2. 未消费的充值余额，可在充值后 7 天内申请退款。退款将原路退回至支付账户，到账时间约 3-7 个工作日。
3. 已消费部分不予退款，仅退还剩余未消费金额。
4. 通过赠送、活动等非充值方式获得的额度不予退款。
因违反用户协议被封禁的账户，不予退款。如对封禁有异议，可联系客服申诉。
This Refund Policy applies to all recharges and query transactions on the IMEICheck.bot platform. Please read carefully before recharging.
1. Failed Query Refund: If a query fails to return results due to system reasons, the corresponding fee will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
2. Data Anomaly Refund: If the query result is clearly inconsistent with the actual device condition, you may submit feedback within 7 days. After verification, we will refund to your balance within 3 business days.
3. Non-refundable Cases: Queries that have successfully returned results with accurate data sources, but where the user's own judgment led to transaction losses, are not eligible for refunds.
1. After successful recharge, the balance is permanently valid and will not expire.
2. Unused recharged balance can be refunded within 7 days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account, taking approximately 3-7 business days.
3. Consumed portions are non-refundable; only the remaining unused amount will be refunded.
4. Credits obtained through gifts, promotions, or other non-recharge methods are not refundable.
Accounts banned for violating the User Agreement are not eligible for refunds. If you disagree with the ban, you may contact support to appeal.
